Ravi Mehrotra, Ph.D.

Ravi Mehrotra is a Partner at Flagship Pioneering, which he joined in March 2023. At Flagship, he works with Flagship Growth companies to help maximize value creation opportunities for their bioplatforms. Prior to joining Flagship, Ravi spent 20+ years in biotechnology equity research and investment banking and he has held various executive team operational roles. From January 2020 to March 2023, he served as a Principal at 5point0 LLC, providing independent financial and corporate strategy advice to biopharmaceutical companies, boards and venture investors. He previously spent >20 years in senior equity research roles covering the Global Biotechnology sector at Evercore ISI, Credit Suisse, Cowen and Deutsche bank. Ravi also was a Partner at MTS Health Partners. Mr. Mehrotra holds a B.S. (Honors) and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The Wellcome Trust Center, Manchester University, UK.
