Tony Mullin

Tony Mullin joined Omega Therapeutics as Chief People Officer and brings over 20 years of experience across all facets of human resources with more than 15 of those years at life sciences companies of various sizes and stages of development. His areas of expertise include talent acquisition, organization development, scaling teams for growth, and creating thriving organizational cultures rooted in DE&I initiatives.

Prior to Omega, Mr. Mullin served as Head of Human Resources at Pandion Therapeutics, providing leadership to all facets of HR until its acquisition by Merck & Co. He also served as a C-Suite level HR consultant for several biotech companies including Prilenia Therapeutics, Terns Pharmaceuticals, and Cognito Therapeutics. Previously, he spent seven years with Biogen in roles of increasing responsibilities culminating in his role as HR Business Partner, Research Drug Discovery. His responsibilities included all aspects of HR delivery, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and compensation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mullin worked for the Boston Consulting Group, and previously served as a Senior Analyst at Fidelity Investments.

Mr. Mullin received his B.A. in Economics from Boston College and his MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
